Use the dropdown to select your material, size and if you want your blank cut with or without holes. If you choose with holes, the hole will be 0.065 inches.
All our laser blanks are cut in house and are made to order.
Material Options:
1/8 inch Cast Acrylic - This is the industry standard option for making keychains and other accessories. It is also known as plexiglass. The acrylic will come with a mask on both sides to protect it before use. Mask may be a clear or paper film.
3/16 inch Sublimation Acrylic - This material has a white sublimation coating on one side and clear acrylic on the other. When sublimating, you DO NOT MIRROR your design because the design will show through creating a 3D effect. This material will come with a paper mask on both sides.
1/8 or 1/4 inch MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) - This material has a smooth finish but has poor moisture resistance. It is used in a wide variety of projects because of the smooth finish and consistent size and shape compared to natural wood.
Materials may have a plastic or paper film that needs removed before using. Not all materials will have a film and film type may differ from batch to batch.
