If you have ever wanted a giant printed head, we can help!

Cut out heads are a perfect way to celebrate birthdays, weddings, graduations, sports, or even just to embarass your kids. Your image will be cropped to remove the background and then printed on an adhsive film that is then applied to the material you choose. Once applied, your head will be laser cut for precision.

Every order includes an wood stick with double sided adhesive tape to add to the back of your head if you choose to.

Use the drop down to select preferences and upload your photo.

For sizes listed, we will do either dimension listed as the max size but will keep the image proportional. Ex: You order an 17x29 size and your design is 20x20. You head will be made at 17x17.

Material Options

Foamboard - 3/16" thick; Black or White kraft paper laminated onto a polystyrene foam core

Corrugated Plastic - 4mmm thick; white back; fluted (think cardboard but more durable plastic); water resistant

Pleae note that the size options are based on cutting capabilities and material sizes.

Photo recommendations:

The higher resolution the image or file is, the sharper the finished product will be.

Tips for existing photos:

⭐Original photos work best because they are normally high resolution. We suggest a file size of 1MB or larger.
⭐A close up photo with a single person in the photo works best.
⭐Make sure the images are clear and bright.

Tips for taking a photo:

⭐You can get a high quality image using a smartphone, but we recommend using the main camera for highest resolution.
⭐Get as close to their face as you can without cutting off ears, hair, or hats that you'd like included.
⭐Make sure the image is bright and you are taking it in a well lit area.

Other tips:

⭐If the images shared via text or downloaded from social sites, it has most likely been compressed. It might look ok on your phone, but when enlarged these images often become blurry. It is best to use original image files where possible.
⭐Screen shots, pictures of pictures, zoomed in photos, photos taking with a front facoing camera, or photos with multiple people in them don't work as well
